Private roof top terraces are also available with selected suites. Each terrace is equipped with a further dining area allowing guests to take advantage of the good weather and dine or indeed breakfast al-fresco.

The Spires provide guests with much more than a The Spires Serviced Suites bedroom: each suite is comprised of an open plan lounge/dining area with fully fitted luxury kitchen, bathroom with shower, bath and bedroom. In addition to this, all two bedroom suites have en-suite facilities to the master bedroom and an additional robust, yet extremely comfortable double sofa bed is available within our deluxe suites enabling them to sleep 6 adults.
Important information
Please be advised that the deposit taken for weekend booking will be refunded upon completion of an apartment inspection on the following Monday (Tuesday on Bank Holiday weekends).
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults stay free of charge for extra beds.
Maximum capacity of extra beds in a room is 1.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 2.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included.

Internet: Wireless internet is available in the The Spires Serviced Suites rooms and costs GBP 3.00 per hour.
