From a1 North / South and a19 North / South join the a64. Take sign for York West the a1036 (Tadcaster Road). Follow the signs to the city centre. The Newington is at the foot of the hill, Mount Vale, on the right after the Racecourse.

All room reservations to be guaranteed by a valid credit card with expiry and three digit security code. Full prepayment is required for all special promotional package bookings. In the event of a cancellation more than three days prior to arrival, the deposit will be held for three calendar months as credit against an alternative visit within that three month period. All reservations will be held until 18:00 hours on the day of arrival then released unless otherwise notified. Holiday Cancellation Plan is recommended. Details are available.
The Newington The Newington Hotel operates a no smoking policy throughout. A mandatory charge of £50 per contravention will be applied to the account.
