The Sinfonia Veneziana Residence offers characteristic apartments in various locations throughout Venice's historic centre providing immediate access to the city’s most important monuments.
Within easy reach of Venice’s famous public transport boats (vaporetto), most apartments are set between Piazza San Marco and the Rialto Bridge while others are near the Accademia area and San Stae. These comfortable locations allow you to directly explore Venice’s best restaurants, stores and local crafts shops.
The residence features elegantly furnished apartments with all the modern comforts usually found in hotels, but offers the extra convenience of fully equipped kitchens and bathrooms. The residence provides recommendations for current shows and events and it even has free excursions to Murano Island, famous for its glass factories and shops.

To Residence Rossini :
From Marco Polo and Treviso Airports, take the shuttle bus to Piazzale Roma. From there, take only Vaporetto line number 1 to the San Silvestro stop (this line runs every 10 minutes).
To Residence San Marco:
Follow the above indications to Piazzale Roma and take only Vaporetto line number 1 to the San Marco Vallaresso stop.
To Residence Vivaldi:
Follow the above indications to Residence San Marco.
To Residence Galuppi:
Follow the above indications to Piazzale Roma and only take Vaporetto line 1 to the Riva Di Biasio stop.
To Residence Rialto:
Follow the above indications to Piazzale Roma. From there take Vaporetto line 1 to the Rialto or Vaporetto line 82 (this is an express line and runs every 20 minutes).
After midnight only lines 1 or N are available and both run every 30 minutes.
Important information
You must notify the Residenze Sinfonia Veneziana of your approximate arrival time.
Full payment is due on arrival, upon consignment of apartment keys.
Please immediately notify the management of any damages or malfunctions in the apartment and please keep the apartment neat and clean.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
All children under 1 year stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.
Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.
Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged.
