This recently-built Palm Village forms a semi-circle around its ample swimming pool with Jacuzzi and extendable cover, and is situated just 700 metres away from the guest-only section of Simius beach.
The friendly staff will be happy to arrange excursions and hire out sports equipment in order to ensure that you have the opportunity to experience all the stunning scenery that South-West Sardinia has to offer. You could spend a morning relaxing on a sun-lounger on the hotel’s private beach, before hiring an inflatable dinghy and sailing out to sea to take in the views. Alternatively, take part in one of the hotel’s organized motorboat excursions and enjoy an exhilarating day with an inclusive lunch.
In the evenings, you can unwind with a drink in the spacious and elegant apartments, all equipped with a large veranda furnished with table and chairs, or make a delicious meal using one of the hotel’s barbecues.

The 31 tastefully furnished studio apartments can accommodate up to four people and are situated on the ground floor facing the pool or the garden, or on the first floor with a sea view.
All feature a fully-equipped kitchen, a double bed, satellite TV, direct dial telephone, safety deposit box, 160 cm high screens with a folding door dividing the living and sleeping areas, and a large bathroom with shower. There is also a large veranda with a wicker set of furniture

The hotel's snack bar serves a variety of delicious breakfasts, cocktails, ice-creams, sandwiches, starters and light main courses, which can either be enjoyed inside or on the terrace.
Although the Palm Village does not have a restaurant, it will be happy to recommend and provide information about local restaurants.
Area information
Villasimius is located about an hour’s drive from Cagliari, along the costal road that provides breathtaking views of the natural landscape with its sheer rock faces above a turquoise sea.
The town was founded in 1812 near the ancient settlement of Carbonara and is embedded in a beautiful costal area that is surrounded by a multitude of isolated beaches all within a few kilometres. These beaches have made Villasimius the most important tourist centre on the south coast of Sardinia. By virtue of its fortunate natural shape, Villasimius has been able to boast, since 1998, of the Protected Marine Area of Cape Cabonara, a precious and uncontaminated marine ecosystem.
Among the cultural attractions of Villasimius, Fortezza Vecchia, located on a sheer headland above the sea close to Cape Carbonara, really merits a visit. It is a fortress complex built in about the XIV century, renovated by Philip II in the 1500s as part of a massive fortification programme of the coastline aimed at the defense against Turkish-Barbaresque landings.
Other notable sites are the lighthouse of Isola dei Cavoli, built in the second half of the 1800s, and the tower of San Luigi on Isola di Serpentara. Both islands are reachable only by boat from the tourist harbour.

- Leave Cagliari and take Via Roma for approximately 20.8 km.
- Continue onto Viale Armando Diaz for 2.2 km.
- Drive along Ponte Vittorio for 212 metres and then continue onto Viale San Bartolomeo for 95 metres.
- Take Viale Poetto for 1.4 km.
- Continue onto Piazza Degli Arcipelaghi for 162 metres, and then take Via Lungo Saline for 3.5 km.
- Take Via Lungomare Golfo di Quartu for 3 km, then continue on Viale Lungomare Del Golfo for 662 metres.
- Rejoin Via Lungomare Golfo di Quartu for a further 235 metres.
- Take the SP17 for 36.4 km, and then Via Roma for 252 metres.
- Continue on the SP17 for 132 metres and then take Via Roma for 544 metres.
- Drive along Via Del Mare for approximately 74 metres, and then take the SP18.
By Car:
From Elmas (CA) airport:
- Leave Elmas (CA) on the SS 391 for 783 metres.
- Turn left onto the SS 130 and continue for 1.2 km.
- Turn right onto the SS 554 for 15 km and then continue onto the SP17 for 36.4 km.
- Continue onto Via Roma for 252 metres, and then join the SP17 132 metres.
- Rejoin Via Roma for 376 metres.
- Turn left onto Via Aventino Frau for 64 metres and then turn left into Via Umberto.
- Turn right in Via A. Diana for16 metres and you will have arrived in Villasimius (CA) centre.
By Shuttle:
The operates a pre-book shuttle service in a chaffeur-driven car to and from a number of the airports. The also offers a car rental service, whereby a vehicle can be delivered to Elmas airport on request.

For stays of two weeks or more, cleaning will only take place in mid-week of each week of your stay.
