The spacious and naturally bright restaurant serves modern interpretations of traditional Mediterranean cuisine, drawing on fresh, regional ingredients. The breakfast buffet uses high quality, fresh products and is free for children under 12. Mon - Fri: 07:00 – 11:00, Sat - Sun 07:30 – 11:30. Lunch: daily 13:30 – 16:00 Dinner: 20:30 – 23:00 Bar: 11:00 – 01:00 There is a special 24 hour room service menu.

Area information

The NH Center is positioned next to Valencia’s largest shopping centre, Nuevo Centro, which has over a hundred shops. Conference Centre (1km) Feria Valencia conference centre (5km) Congress Hall (2.5 km)

Travel information

From the airport.

- From the departures terminal take the airbus for Valencia.
- Alight at Calle Ángel Guimerá.
- Take metro line 1 for Beniferri-Bétera and Lliria.
- Alight at Turia, where you will immerge directly in front of the Nuevo Centro shopping centre. Next to this you will find the hotel.
