Quick description
Situated on Gran Vía, the main commercial and entertainment street in the heart of Madrid, the hotel, within walking distance of the most important areas and cultural monuments, offers free minibar and Wi-Fi access among other services. In addition, the bedrooms are all soundproofed so you need not worry about your sleep being disturbed. Nearby you will find the Coliseum, Gran Vía and Lope de Vega theatres, the Puerta del Sol and the Royal Palace. Spacious family rooms are available. After a day in Madrid you can return to the hotel's health and beauty centre and enjoy a relaxing massage or sauna, before heading to the hotel restaurant for a meal. . You can find the Metro and various buses by the entrance of the hotel, enabling you to reach other parts of the city quickly. .

A health and beauty centre, Acquaplaya, is located on the hotel’s 2nd floor. . The treatment area is closed on Sundays and the swimming pool is closed on Mondays for cleaning. Guests can use the Turkish bath, the thermal swimming pool, sauna, cold water well, jacuzzi, ice grotto, gym, Indo-Roman bath, relaxation area and fruit bath. Entrance costs EUR 18 per person (including VAT). The centre is open from 10:00 until 22:00. Under 18s are only permitted at 10:00 and the entrance fee for children is EUR 9 per person. A number of treatments are also available, such as massages, waxing, mud-therapy, seaweed therapy and UVA ray treatments. .

Opened in September 2003, all of the hotel’s accommodation has been carefully designed to provide the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. . Each fully-soundproofed room has adjustable reading lamps, a TV with more than 35 channels, a music system with CD player, armchairs and electrical and reclining beds (according to the type of room). Non-smoking rooms and spacious family rooms are available. Rooms also have a closet with an iron and ironing board. .
Food & beverage
The 'La Restinga' restaurant offers an à la carte menu with a wide range of national and international products. From 08:00 until 0:00 (or until 01:00 at weekends), the 'Cafe Pompeya' is open to you, located in the hall of the hotel. Breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:30 (Monday to Friday) and from 07:00 to 11:00 on weekends and bank holidays. Lunch is from 13:30 to 16:00, with dinner available from 20:00 until 23:00. For those leaving before 07:00, a 'First Coffee' service is available from 05:30 (inform reception in advance if you require this). .
