With its excellent setting, the Hotel Panorama looks out across Bouillon and has 24 rooms elegantly furnished complete with a magnificent panoramic view over the small town, its famous castle fort and the river Semois.

Food & beverage

The cuisine of the "Marché" is prepared with a lot of care by the chef and owner Philippe Verhulst. This kitchen has multiple references in guides like "Gault et millau", "Lemaire", "Michelin". The Hotel Panorama is recommended because of the famous gastronomic weekends. No smoking restaurant. We have had very good reviews considering our good value for the half board formula.
