By Train
From Santa Lucia station:
Take the public boat (vaporetto) - lines 1 or 2 - to the Calle Vallaresso stop (the closest stop to the hotel). From here, ask for Teatro La Fenice; the is in front of it.

From the Airport:
Take a bus from the Airport to Piazzale Roma and than take the Vaporetto (as indicated above) or take the direct boat from the airport to Piazza San Marco.
