    We are also only a few minutes walking distance from the Main-Square, “Burg” and “Market”. . There is no better place than the Hotel Botaniek. The Hotel Botaniek is an 18th Century Mansion elegantly renovated into a charming hotel The Hotel is situated right in the very center of historic Bruges. We are located on a very quiet street only 50 meters from Bruges picturesque and romantic canals. We are very well know for our tranquil atmosphere, which makes the Botaniek*** an ideal Hotel especially after a busy sightseeing day. While located conveniently in the heart of the city. An ideal starting point from which to discover first-hand the “Venice of the North”. .

    Hotel information

    -A sleeping cot is request -Any damage cause by your pet during your stay or found after departure will be charge . The hotel is complete with a breakfast room that has been tastefully decorated by the owner and a quiet sitting room with furniture reminiscent of the Louis XV era. Please, note the following pet restrictions: -Maximum 1 pet per room -The pet is not accepted in the breakfast room -The pet must not be left in the room during the day without supervision. The top floor offers several unique and panoramic views of Bruges and it’s wonderful architecture this includes the Church of Our Lady, Botaniek Park, the Belfry Tower and of course a roof top view of the beautiful houses in the neighborhood. There are only 3 rooms on each floor and each floor may be reached via the elevator. .

    Room information

    We offer nine charming rooms with an en-suite bathroom, bath or shower (on request) and toilet. . Our rooms are non smoking rooms. Telephone, radio and a television with English, French, Dutch, German and Spanish language programs are provided in each room. .

    Travel information

    By car:
    When you arrive in Brugge you take direction "stati­on". Leave the station at your right hand side. You are now on the ring road around Brugge. About 1 km after the railroad station, you enter the town by the town gate "Katelijnepoort" (on the left). You are now in the "Katelijnestraat". Go straight on till the church "Onze Lieve Vrouwekerk" (at your right). There you go to the right. You are then in a street called "Dyver", where the most important museums are situated (Gruuthuse, Brangwyn, Groeninge). Go straight on till the "Vismarkt" (Fish market), at your left. Opposite the fish market (at your right), there is a small street "Josef Suvée­straat". Take this road. The hotel is in the next street on the left.

    If you arrive by train:
    At the station in Bruges you take bus nr. 6 or 16 till the “Vismarkt” (fish market). Go back a few steps and take the small street “Josef Suvéestraat”. The price for a bus ticket per person is 1 euro. The hotel is in the next street on the left. A taxi from the station to the hotel costs € 7.50 euro.
