It is situated just 1 km from the Dam of Yovkovtsi.
There are 5 bedrooms at the house, a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, tavern with fireplace and barbecue, 2 bathrooms with WC, Parking.
Because of the crystal fresh air and calmness, even after a very hard day or evening you will wake up early in the morning clear-headed and rested.

The house has 2 floors and a separate building. The separate building include kitchen – with full kitchen equipment, dining room with TV and a music stereo, and a bathroom with WC. On the first floor of the house there is a small tavern for the guest's own use with a fireplace.
On the second floor there are four cozy bedrooms: The Sunny room – with a double bed; The Dreamers Room with a double bed; The Cats room with a double bed and The Funny room with 2 double beds. There is also a big entrance hall and bathroom with WC. The fifth room that is quite large with two double beds and a separate entrance. During the stay of the guests in the guest house “Trifonovi's Sisters” they have to their disposal TV and a music stereo in the tavern with fireplace and barbecue, full kitchen, table in the garden for 14 people.
In the yard there is a volleyball playground and ball and soccer playground and ball, table tennis and equipment, hammock, secured parking in front of the yard.
