The The Bath Hotel is situated over 3 floors and does not have a lift so should you wish to make a reservation please note that it is not suitable for anybody with difficulties in climbing stairs. The Bath The Bath Hotel has a large dining room that can comfortably seat up to 50 guests, the Galley Coffee Shop, a residents only lounge and bar area as well as a public bar where guests can enjoy darts, pool or just a chat with the locals. In the summer guests may enjoy the use of the outdoor heated swimming pool at our sister The Bath Hotel just minutes up the road. Tennis and miniature golf are available across the road during the summer and for bowls enthusiasts the Lynton Bowling Club is always happy to welcome day visitors.

There are 3 en suite room types within the hotel. Standard rooms are smaller, mid range rooms tend to be larger with better views, the A grade rooms are the largest with sea views and they are also used as family rooms.

Dinner for those guests booked on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis consists of a 3 course meal in the dining room chosen from the menu. Area information
The village of Lynmouth is a beautiful sleepy location. There are various restaurants to try but we would advise that many places tend to have last orders around 20:30- 20:45. If you are going to be arriving later in the evening please ring for advice on eating out.

Follow the a39 or the b303 into Lynmouth. At the bridge turn right into Lynmouth Street and half way down the road on your left you will find The Bath hotel.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.
In case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome.
