The Baan Yin Dee Boutique Resort houses 21 elegant and spacious deluxe rooms and suites consisting of 7 deluxe rooms and 6 deluxe rooms with pool access comprising of 55 m² to 65 m², 2 pool suites comprising of 75 m², 4 junior suites ranging from 85 m² to 100 m², one senior suite and one presidential suite comprising of 172 m².

Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 3 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
If cancelled later, the first night will be charged.

All children under 12 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.
All older children or adults are charged THB 1700.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Deposit Policy: 10 percent of the total amount will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
