Overlooking parkland east of the city centre, the peaceful and comfortable Aynetree Guest Hous has direct bus access to the centre of Edinburgh.

The Victorian house is well locatd for Arthur\'s Seat and the Palace of Holyrood. It has free Wi-Fi and free private parking for cars.

Some rooms at Aynetree enjoy views towards Arthur\'s Seat and others look towads the Firth of Forth.
